At Ashirwad Agro Products, quality isn't just a marketing claim—it is a production standard. Our processing facility is equipped with modern sorting conveyor lines, mechanical peelers, dry oven-roasters, and automated nitrogen-flushed pouch packaging units.

We enforce strict sanitary guidelines throughout the factory floor. Every technician and sorting worker wears food-grade hairnets, masks, sanitized gloves, and cleanroom uniforms. Hand-grading is done on highly polished food-grade stainless steel tables to avoid any biological or chemical cross-contamination.

Our raw cashews undergo hot-steam peeling and dehydration before getting manually classified by experienced sorters into standard trade sizes. This mixture of technology and skilled eyes gives our clients the confidence of receiving export-ready cashew nuts in every single consignment.

Raw Cashew Selection

We selectively source high-yield, healthy raw cashew nuts from trusted agricultural farms. Sourcing parameters include kernel moisture check and shell count assessment.

Precise Grading

Whole kernels are sorted by size on sterile grading tables. Sorters classify them into standard size grades (like W180, W210, W240, and W320) and isolate broken kernels.

Steaming & Shelling

Raw shells are steam-treated to soften outer shells, allowing automated shellers to crack the seed safely without breaking the precious inner white kernel.

Roasting & Flavoring

Kernels are slow dry-roasted in clean heating chambers. For flavored lines, they are lightly glazed and coated with premium spices (salted, masala, or peri-peri spice blends).

Quality Control Audit

Every batch of graded or flavored cashews passes a second optical sorting check. This removes any slightly spotted, undersized, or color-discolored kernels.

Ziplock Packaging

Cashews are weighed accurately and sealed inside thick stand-up ziplock bags. Packaging is nitrogen-flushed to extract oxygen, keeping them crispy for months.

Dispatch & Logistics

Master pouches are packed in protective corrugated carton cases, ready to be dispatched to retail chains, gifting clients, and export hubs nationwide.
